    A high-energy, low-impact class that blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates, strength training, and deep stretching. Using small, controlled motions and high-rep sequences, you’ll sculpt long, lean muscles, build endurance, and improve posture and balance.

    Expect a full-body burn with a focus on core, glutei, and legs—all set to motivating music and designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and energized. No dance experience needed. All levels welcome!
