Yin Yoga
This gentle, very slow moving yoga practice is great for all bodies and skill levels combining long holds of deep stretches with a mindful headspace similar to meditation. The poses of Yin Yoga bring your body into end-ranges of motion and stress the fascia tissue allowing your joints to maintain, and potentially gain flexibility. This very passive and restorative practice is known for helping with flexibility and back pain as well as helping to bring peace and comfort to your body and mind.

Vinyasa Burn
An all-levels active Vinyasa yoga practice designed to provide one breath one movement flow with a lot of extra attention on joint strength. We will be working hard on the weakest places in your body creating that familiar “burn” sensation that lets you know it’s working. You can expect a heavy dose of active stretching and time under tension in your end ranges of motion. With so much attention on your body, this yoga flow makes it easy to “quiet your mind” of all the chatter. You will feel lighter mentally and invigorated physically after this sweaty, challenging practice.
